                               Yu-Shan Sammi Wei is a Taiwanese visual artist based in New York. 
                               Working across photography, video, sculpture, and installation, her 
                               practice often incorporates performative elements that evoke visceral 
                               reactions to memory and emotion. Through poetic and provocative 
                               expression, she explores the intimate relationships between humans, 
                               objects, reality, and surreality.
